Grow your club with flexible invitation methods
Invite friends and colleagues to join your club using email invitations or shareable links. The flexible invitation system makes it easy to grow your foosball community quickly.
Invitation Methods
Two ways to invite members:
Email Invitations:
Send personalized invites to specific email addresses. Recipients receive an email with a join link.
Shareable Invite Links:
Generate a link that anyone can use to join. Perfect for sharing on Discord, WhatsApp, Slack, or any platform.
Sending Invitations
Email Invite:
- Go to club settings or the Invite Members button
- Enter the recipient's email address
- Click Send Invite
- The user must have a registered account
Shareable Link:
- Click Generate Invite Link
- Copy the link and share it anywhere
- Link expires after 7 days
- Regenerating creates a new token (old link expires)
Invitation Status
Email invitations have the following statuses:
- Pending: Awaiting response
- Accepted: User joined the club
- Rejected: User declined the invitation (it disapears from the page)
Users can view and respond to pending invitations from the 'My clubs' page in their main menu.
